On Monday, June 13, Oceanwide’s Jonathan Victor will present on the topic of : Cyber Security: Understanding Risks and Uncovering Best Practices with Xander LeRoy, AIG Property Casualty and Tony Scharf, HDI Global.. Cyber security is a critical area of focus for the Insurance industry. This session will look at specific issues such as DDOS (Dedicated Denial of Service attack), intrusion monitoring, data security and privacy and will also address why it is important to have a comprehensive approach to cyber security that includes risk mitigation and incident response across all aspects of the business. On Tuesday, June 14, Insurity’s Bruce Broussard is presenting with John Lucking, of Crum & Forster Insurance on the topic of Creating the Data Driven User. Crum & Forster, a subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings, and well understands the challenges associated with data being located in multiple core systems. Crum is working to adopt industry best practices and technologies to implement and create more efficient and effective processes and to develop a data centric environment across their organization. This session will showcase Crum & Forster’s experience and best practices.
