Insurity Releases Newest Version of their Award Winning Insurance Data Solution

Industry-leading data solution, Insurance Enterprise View, gains four new features as explosive growth continues

BOCA RATON, FL (November 3, 2015) From the ACORD 2015 Conference, Insurity, Inc., a provider of core insurance processing software and data integration & analysis solutions, announced the release of the newest version of  Insurance Enterprise View (IEV), Version 2.0. It will incorporate several additions, including; Structured Data Integration Framework (SDI Framework), Reference Data Store (RDS), and a set of system administration and configuration tools (SAM Tools).

The new SDI Framework expands the existing nonproprietary ACORD XML integration options to include; optimized support for batch data from sources such as MGAs, TPAs, bordereaux feeds, and batch oriented legacy applications.

The addition of an RDS will add Master Data Management capability by providing data structures and functional support for reference data, further expanding IEV’s extensive set of data repositories. All delivered within six months, the RDS was developed in response to the IEV User Group.

Expanding upon IEV’s current tooling and configurability, the SAM tools allow Insurity to deliver the solution more efficiently and provides clients with additional self-service flexibility. The new tools include; business rule configuration, transformation rule configuration, reference data management tools, and batch error correction.

As with all Insurity applications, this upgrade is made available to all existing IEV users through a standard service pack, without the need for costly or lengthy upgrades or conversions

Bruce F. Broussard, Jr., Insurity’s VP of Data Products & Strategy commented, “IEV is uniquely capable of functioning as an insurer’s system of record for core insurance, integrating data from any policy, billing, claims, and reinsurance applications. This major set of enhancements in IEV 2.0 delivers significant value to our customers, providing greater flexibility in integration, configuration, and tooling support.”

About Insurance Enterprise View (IEV)

Insurance Enterprise View (IEV) is the most comprehensive and mature data product available to the P&C insurance industry.  It combines five powerful components into a fully integrated solution: Data Integration Hub, Data Repositories, Reporting, BI & Analytics, and Manual Data Entry.  Built upon non-proprietary ACORD standards, IEV is architected to manage data at the lowest level of detail from any policy, billing, claims, and reinsurance application.

IEV supports more than 11,000 insurance data attributes and more than 30 Lines of Business out of the box, allowing insurers to deliver value to the business in months rather than years.  Detailed transaction and summarized data is available to support all downstream reporting, analytic, and integration needs, reducing the complexity of the IT environment.  IEV’s diverse and growing list of clients illustrates the power of the product’s value proposition, and helps drive Insurity’s continued investments in the product.
