Adventist Risk Management in Production with Insurity Suite

Insurity’s suite enables ARM to expand business through modernization and consolidation of multiple software applications

HARTFORD, CT (December 15, 2015)  Insurity, Inc., a provider of core insurance processing software and data integration & analysis solutions, is pleased to announce that Adventist Risk Management (ARM), a nonprofit risk management company for the Seventh-day Adventist Church, is in production with the Insurity Suite, including: Policy Decisions, Billing Decisions, and Insurance Enterprise View (IEV).

In addition to a successful implementation, ARM is now able to streamline its workflow for its underwriting team by using the Insurity solutions to consolidate exposure from multiple systems into one. IEV allows integration with claims data allowing the opportunity to data mine exposure and losses.

Bob Kyte, president and CEO of ARM commented, “Our business presents a unique set of challenges, and we have found it difficult to modernize our systems. We chose to partner with Insurity based on its reputation as a market leader, an excellent system, top notch implementation expertise, knowledge of our underlying business, and unique ISO relationship. Our partnership with Insurity is enabling us to grow and expand our business.”

In addition to a host of underwriting rating improvements, the Insurity solutions enable ARM to interface directly with Marshall & Swift/Boeckh for instant property exposure valuations, direct auto VIN validation, and instant claims coverage verification.

“With these new capabilities, ARM is able to underwrite policies faster and more efficiently. We are now able to provide more value to our clients with in depth risk control and proper building valuation. With these new abilities, we hope to expand our lines of business to better serve our customers where they need it most. We look next to expand our Insurity solution to support our international products,” stated Carol Tamai, CIO of ARM.

Lani Cathey, SVP at Insurity, said, “Insurity is honored to partner with Adventist to better its clients’ experiences and help the organization grow.  We will continue to look at adding value to the Adventist Risk Management organization as it expands.”
